CreekView Medical Centre Nearing Full Capacity with Recent Wave of Real Estate Transactions

San Diego, CA (Date, 2015) – Accelerated Commercial Real Estate, in collaboration with partner DTZ real estate services, recently negotiated the sales of approximately 15,000 square feet of medical and professional offices at CreekView Medical Centre. Currently, only a single 5,000 square foot building is still available within the 63,000 SF office park located at 1910-1968 Via Centre in Vista, CA.

Located within the Buena Vista Creek Conservation Preserve, CreekView offers sustainable design, abundant parking, high-speed internet and cable service provided by Cox Communications, and building signage opportunities for the new owners. The San Diego Blood Bank is among one of the most recent transactions, with the purchase of a 3,760 square foot building. Active Solutions Physical Therapy also acquired a 2,296 square foot office, along with two medical practices, totaling 10,000 square feet that currently are in escrow. CreekView will have secured in excess of 30,000 square feet in real estate transactions within the last 12-month time period.

Joe Holeva, Vice President of Accelerated Commercial Real Estate, said, “The medical office condos are a wonderful opportunity for businesses. With the positive demographics of the property, and the close proximity to retail shopping and a strong restaurant presence, we expected buyers to move rapidly and they did. The opportunity to buy below replacement cost along with highly attractive SBA financing presented a compelling financial opportunity to owners and users.”

With direct access to Hwy 78, the newer medical and professional offices are the closest, available office development to Tri City Medical Center. Each condo office features contemporary architecture with oversized windows for natural daylight and solar building orientation, a generous parking ratio, and currently hosts dentistry, pediatric dentistry, family practice care, physical therapy, optometry, radiology, pain management, orthopedic care, orthotic and prosthetic patient care, midwifery, and women’s health care companies. Opportunities are additionally available to inpatient/overnight stay facilities, assisted living, skilled nursing, educational, research, hospice, therapy, specialty hospitals, and rehabilitation facilities.
